Yoga - Meditation and life

Hi Pamela,

I am taking yoga now and, though I am very into my tai chi and chi kung, I find the poses to be so different from the fluid movements of tai chi.  I take a Hatha Yoga class once (or sometimes twice a week) and do a Restorative Yoga once or twice a month for about 2 hours where the poses are held for several minutes and the aim is to rest only and be nourished.  It is a fantastic experience!  I meditate regularly and my goal it to move toward the Turiya state that Ken Wilber talks about in his work.  My T'ai Chi Chih teacher, Justin Stone, meditated in that way and in any other ways (such as chanting the lotus and heart sutras) and I value the Turiya style of meditation.  How do you like to meditate?
